They call him the concert king of the Philippines, local Hawaii Kai boy, Martin Nievera has sold out many of the major hotel casinos in America including the Las Vegas strip. From the Golden Nugget, the M resort The Planet Hollywood Hotel the Bellagio all the way to the Suncoast just to name a few. Martin has also performed at the Main Showroom in Honolulu Hawaii which he considers to be his "childhood home."

Martin has sold out concert venues all over Asia, Europe, Australia, Canada and the Middle East. All around the world Martin is best known for hosting his own talk show and for the last 23 years has been one of the main hosts of the number one Sunday afternoon show in the Philippines entitled "ASAP." His television station in the Philippines can be seen all over the world 24 hours a day live via satellite on the cable channel called "The Filipino Channel" or "TFC." Martin has been one of their ambassadors for the last 25 years.

He comes from a musical family. His grandmother was a well known opera singer in the Philippines and his father a former member of of the popular singing group from Hawaii, The Society of Seven.

It has been a childhood dream to follow in his father's footsteps and every day every chance that he has to perform for Martin believes he is living the dream!

Jazz Vespers: Jazz in a Contemplative Style with Reggie Padilla (sax), Starr Kalahiki (vocals), Dan Del Negro (piano) and Jon Hawes (bass). Jazz in a contemplative style. Now in its fifth year. Recent music includes Miles’ Flamenco Sketches and All Blue, Horace Silver’s Peace, Dave Brubeck’s Take Five, Benny Golson’s Whisper Not, Oliver Nelson’s Stolen Moments, John Coltrane’s A Love Supreme, Johnny Mandel’s Emily, and Sammy Kahn’s I’ll Be Seeing You plus many other songs from the Great American Songbook. Also there are jazz takes on more contemporary pieces like Marvin Gaye’s What’s Going On, Tom Petty’s Free Fallin’, and Bob Dylan’s I Shall be Released.
